Aufbau eines Bergungsortes für digitale Kulturgüter, in welchem Daten in Katastrophen und Notlagen geschützt sind. Ähnlich wie das heute bestehende nationale Mikrofilmarchiv Heimiswil soll der Bergungsort ein Angebot sein, das komplementär zu den Sicherungsmassnahmen jeder Gedächtnisinstitution (Archive, Bibliotheken, Museen, Denkmalpflegen, Archäologiestellen etc.) ein zusätzliches Sicherheitsnetz bildet.
