Amendment of the ordinance on renting and leasing residential and business premises
The ordinance on the renting and leasing of residential and business premises is being supplemented by an article concerning general agreement on repeated short-term sub-tenancy. In addition to the option of the general agreement, the application by tenants will also be regulated and the legal grounds for refusal will be concretised for tenants.
