Survey where existing legislation relevant to economic policy unnecessarily hampers digitisation or becomes redundant (digital test). Feedback on the survey shows that the digital economy in Switzerland has good framework conditions. On the basis of the responses to the survey, the Federal Council has decided to examine in greater detail measures to reduce the obstacles to legal form requirements. The aim is to further reduce the barriers to digital business models and improve the framework conditions for the digital economy.
