Electronic media act
The project to replace the existing Radio and Television Act (RTVA) by new legislation on electronic media was defined as early as June 2016 in the Federal Council's report on the public service in the media sector. After the consultation, which lasted until 15 October 2018, the Federal Council will produce a message to parliament taking the submissions into account.
