Empirical analysis of mobility behaviour with dynamic price incentives
Within the framework of this research project, mobility prices are computed which internalise the external costs, taking into account the revenue neutrality of any charges. Subsequently, the reaction of transport users to “virtual road charges" is examined using empirical measurements In addition, the way in which transport users react to information instead of monetary incentives is analysed.
